30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened fluids (oil, coolant, etc.)
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Special order or custom parts
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
  4. Ship the item to our returns address

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
